Shanghe Machinery successfully supplied an HZS180 concrete batching plant to a customer in Lebanon.
The project started in June when we received the customer’s initial inquiry. Over the following three months, our technical team maintained close communication with the customer’s engineers to discuss equipment configurations, technical specifications, and project requirements.
After several rounds of technical discussions and solution adjustments, both parties finalized the equipment configuration. The customer officially placed the order at the end of August.
Following production and preparation, the HZS180 concrete batching plant was loaded into containers and shipped to Lebanon in early October.

Three Months of Technical Communication
For large-scale concrete batching plant projects, selecting the right equipment configuration requires careful consideration of production capacity, site conditions, and operational requirements.

During the following three months, both teams worked together on technical specifications, equipment configurations, and the overall solution.
Our engineers provided technical support and made adjustments based on the customer’s feedback, ensuring that the final proposal matched the project’s actual requirements.
After the technical solution was confirmed, the customer placed the order at the end of August.
HZS180 Concrete Batching Plant
The customer selected the HZS180 stationary concrete batching plant, a large-capacity concrete production solution designed for projects requiring a substantial and continuous supply of concrete.
With a theoretical production capacity of 180 m³/h, the HZS180 integrates aggregate batching, conveying, mixing, and automatic control systems into one complete production line.
Its large production capacity and automated operation make it suitable for major infrastructure projects, commercial concrete production, and other large-scale construction applications.
Container Loading and Shipment to Lebanon
After manufacturing and preparation were completed, our team arranged the equipment components for export packaging and container loading.
In early October, the HZS180 concrete batching plant was successfully loaded into containers and shipped to Lebanon.
From the initial inquiry in June to the final shipment in October, the project involved months of technical coordination and careful preparation.
