Working Principle
The mixer’s action is driven by a central planetary gearbox. This system powers mixing arms, or “stars,” to perform two simultaneous motions:
- Revolution: The arms revolve around the central vertical shaft, covering the entire circumference of the stationary mixing pan.
- Rotation: The blades attached to each arm rotate at high speed on their own independent axes.

Every particle of aggregate, cement, water, and additive is subjected to intense shearing, folding, and turning, breaking down clumps and achieving homogeneity upwards of 99% in a short cycle time.
