Working Principle

The JZC mixer operates on a straightforward yet effective gravity-based mixing principle, controlled by the rotation direction of its motor-driven drum.

• Mixing Cycle: When the drum rotates forward, specially shaped internal blades lift the cement, aggregates, and water upward. The materials then cascade back down under gravity. This continuous lifting and falling action creates a thorough, homogeneous blend.
• Discharge Cycle: Reversing the drum’s rotation engages a different set of internal blades. These blades actively guide the finished concrete toward the drum opening and out through the discharge chute for rapid unloading.
