From Initial Inquiry to Factory Visit and Successful Shipment
A Malaysian construction customer recently completed a successful equipment purchase with Shanghe Machinery, including two self-loading concrete mixers and two small concrete pumps.
The cooperation began in December, when the customer first contacted us to discuss their concrete production and pumping requirements. After several months of communication, technical confirmation, production, and payment arrangements, all four machines were finally completed and shipped to Malaysia in July.

Understanding the Customer’s Requirements
When the Malaysian customer first contacted us in December, they were looking for reliable concrete equipment suitable for their construction projects.
Instead of simply recommending standard machines, our sales and technical teams communicated with the customer in detail to understand their actual requirements, including:

Detailed Communication and Order Confirmation

The order was gradually finalized after the customer’s requirements were confirmed.
The final order included:

Production at the Factory
After the order was confirmed and the payment arrangements were completed, production officially started.
Our production team manufactured and assembled the four machines according to the confirmed configuration.
During the production process, different components and systems were inspected and checked to ensure that the machines met the required quality and performance standards.
The self-loading concrete mixers were prepared for efficient on-site concrete mixing and transportation, while the small concrete pumps were prepared for convenient concrete delivery to construction areas.
Customer Factory Visit Before Shipment
One of the highlights of this project was the customer’s visit to our factory before shipment.
The customer came to our factory in China to see the equipment in person and learn more about the manufacturing process.
During the factory visit, our team introduced the equipment configuration, machine structure, operation, and key components to the customer. The customer was also able to inspect the machines directly before delivery.
A factory visit provides customers with an opportunity to better understand the equipment and our manufacturing capabilities. It also helps build trust and confidence before the machines are shipped.
Final Inspection and Shipment to Malaysia
After production was completed, the four machines underwent final inspection and preparation for shipment.
In July, the equipment was loaded and shipped to Malaysia.

From the first inquiry in December to the final shipment in July, the project went through several stages of communication, requirement confirmation, payment arrangement, production, factory inspection, and logistics coordination.
