Trailer concrete pump, also known as stationary concrete pump or static concrete pump, is portable, towable machines that pump liquid concrete to difficult or elevated site areas via pipeline. They offer versatile mobility for tight spaces, with outputs up to 90m³/h and significant vertical/horizontal reach. It is ideal for projects with limited access. Their flexible hoses are perfect for residential work (foundations, pools), commercial slabs, and specialized tasks like tunnels or high-rise building support via pipelines, especially in remote areas.

Concrete Pump Types

1. By Power Type: Electric & Diesel
Our concrete trailer pumps are available in both electric and diesel-powered models. Diesel-powered pumps currently enjoy stronger market demand due to their versatility and reliability in various working conditions.
2. By Pumping Capacity: Small to Large
We offer models with pumping capacities ranging from 25 to 90 cubic meters per hour, commonly referred to as 25, 40, 60, 80, and 90 pumps. Among these, the compact 30 and 40 models are particularly well-suited for small to medium-sized projects, such as rural housing construction.
3. By Aggregate Size: Fine Stone & Large Aggregate Pumps
Depending on the size of aggregate required, our pumps are classified into fine stone pumps and large aggregate pumps. Fine stone pumps handle aggregates with a maximum particle size of ≤30mm, while large aggregate pumps can convey materials with particles up to ≤40mm.
Structure

- Power System
The diesel-powered models use Yuchai, Weichai-Deutz, or Cummins diesel engines; the electric-powered models use motors from well-known domestic and international brands such as Wannan, Mengniu, and Siemens Nordde.
2. Hydraulic System
The main oil pump is from Kawasaki, and the valves are from Italian companies such as Wald or OM.
3. Lubrication System
This equipment is equipped with a high-pressure automatic centralized lubrication system, which can continuously provide stable lubrication. Its core feature is the use of a progressive distributor, which can precisely and systematically supply oil to each lubrication point. Users can customize the lubrication time, and the entire system ensures accurate oil injection while also achieving efficient utilization and conservation.
4. Control System
The equipment employs an Omron PLC-based control system and is equipped with wireless remote control for flexible operation. Key electrical components are selected from high-end brands such as Schneider Electric, Omron, or Siemens, ensuring the superior reliability of the entire electrical control system from a hardware perspective.
5. Cooling system
To ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction, this system adopts a high-efficiency cooling design. Its core lies in the inclusion of an air-cooled plate-fin radiator, which ensures that the operating temperature of the diesel concrete pump system is always maintained within the maximum permissible limit.
