Working Principle
Power Conversion
When generator or diesel engine starts, the power source will drive the main hydraulic pump. And the main hydraulic pump pressurizes hydraulic oil to create the energy needed for the pumping.
Concrete Delivery
The pressurized oil drives the hydraulic cylinder assembly. When the piston rod extends, it pushes the concrete cylinder piston forward. It forces concrete into the delivery pipeline. At the same time, the alternating action between the distribution valve and main cylinders creates a continuous flow: When one cylinder retracts, it draws fresh concrete from the hopper. While the other extends, pushing concrete into the pipeline. This synchronized cycle ensures non-stop material flow.
Precise material placement
Finally, it will pump the concrete to the pouring site through the conveying pipeline horizontally and vertically.
