Description
Containerized cement silo is also known as horizontal cement tank, the bottom is supported by a number of legs, the discharge cone is a square cone, the silo body is welded by a frame composed of corrugated plates and profiles, and the overall height is low. Horizontal bulk cement tank, also known as container cement bin, is a kind of closed bulk storage tank, which is suitable for storing cement, fly ash and other bulk materials.
Horizontal cement silo is mainly composed of movable legs, main silo body, discharge valve, discharge screw, feeding pipe, ladder, vibration motor, dust collector, explosion-proof valve and other parts.It’s used for lime,cement,coal ash,grain stock etc.

The cement is blown into the storage bin by the wind through the feeding pipe. With the pressure in the bin, the gas in the bin is filtered by the dust removal device and discharged by the outlet.
