Description
Bolted silo is Modular design and produce. The silo is combined by four main parts: the cover, wall sections, cones and supporting legs. All parts are pressed by special machine and mould especially the wall sections which can be changed every place on the wall.Shipping in Container, installation on site.
Application
Bolted silo is usually used in concrete batching plant to store bulk cement, and it is also the main part of concrete mixing plant. The accessories of the cement silo are dust remover, discharge valve, level indicator, pressure relief valve, steel structure parts, ladder, guardrail and so on.
Advantages
For easy transportation and to save the ocean freight, we design the walls of cement silo into pieces. The pieces only take small space and they are very easy to be assembled together at the construction site.
It is also very easy for the later repair or replacement of any corrosion.
