In the mountainous region of Northern Vietnam, a local ready-mix concrete company has taken a big step toward expanding its production capacity. To meet the growing demand for high-quality concrete, the company chose two SHANGHE HZS180 stationary concrete batching plants for its new site.
Project Background
The customer has been engaged in ready-mix concrete supply for years, serving local infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and housing. However, the mountain terrain and long transportation distances often caused unstable supply and higher costs. To overcome these challenges, the client sought a reliable, high-output concrete batching solution that could deliver consistent performance right at the construction site.
Configuration
Based on the project’s specific needs, SHANGHE provided a tailor-made double HZS180 concrete batching plant setup including:
- 2 sets of 3m³ twin-shaft mixers for high-efficiency and uniform mixing;
- 2 sets of PLD4800 aggregate batching machines for precise material weighing;
- 8 units of 200-ton bolted cement silos, offering easy transport and quick on-site assembly;
- An intelligent automatic control system for smooth operation and real-time monitoring.
The bolted cement silo design proved especially practical for the mountainous area, allowing compact shipping and simple installation even in tight or uneven spaces.
